Important Dates

  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, April 27, 2026
    Objections must be filed with the Court, and sent by U.S. Mail to Class Counsel, Defendant’s Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than Monday, April 27, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Monday, April 27, 2026
    Requests for exclusion must be mailed to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than Monday, April 27, 2026.

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Wednesday, May 27, 2026
    Claims must be submitted online by May 27, 2026 11:59 p.m. ET, or postmarked, if by mail, on or before Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Thursday, June 4, 2026
    The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on June 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. ET, via Microsoft Teams or in person at the Erie County Court Building, 25 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202, Courtroom Part 15.
